Roles and Responsibilities Plan production activities to meet customer orders on time, ensuring timely delivery of products. Coordinate with internal teams (buying, design, quality) and external parties (factories, transporters) to ensure smooth execution of production plans. Monitor production processes at factories to maintain high-quality standards and identify areas for improvement. Develop strong relationships with suppliers to negotiate prices, improve product quality, and resolve issues promptly. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements throughout the production process.

Role & responsibilities (Male can apply for this position) Breaking down all inputs requirements based on customer orders ensuring that these inputs are made available timely to the production department and planning of production, managing and controlling production, coordinating with production and marketing department whereby ensuring timely delivery to customers. Breakdown Customers orders for input requirements like Fabric, Accessories and logo requirements Coordinating with purchase department or fabrics and accessories for timely availability to production dept for required quantity and quality Keeping track of inventories levels of all standard input items Understanding order delivery requirements coordinating with marketing team Planning daily production based on various production plants capacity and capability Oversee production execution on daily basis, ensuring production progress as per planning Coordination to remove / resolve any production bottlenecks Coordinating with production and marketing teams to ensure timely delivery to customers Handle complete Order from the time PO is received till Shipment is done by checking POs received Finalizing Fabric consumption and fabric requirements with the Fabric Purchase Team Approving artworks and ordering complete packing material for every Order Arranging production s amples to the Buyers Following regularly all buyer requirements Preparing Production file for the Factory and have Production Meeting for every Order with the Factory. Sending PPT & various other forms duly filled in as per requirements of individual Customer. Follow-up Testing requirements with Fabric quality team & tie up for the same. Preferred candidate profile Who is having experience in production planning, controling , scheduling in textile/garments they can apply for this position also who have production merchandiser can apply.

Production Merchandiser- Buying/Liason or Export House Contractual Job- 9 Months. Good Verbal English only. 5 Days Working Segment- bag packs, pet beds, pet feeding, boxing, sleeping bags, yoga mats, steel and anadised camping cookware, hard goods.

Candidate exp in Textile industry .Should have complete knowledge starting from Fabric to till shipment (fabric, dyeing, stitching, trims & packaging, logistics). Job Description: Position Summary: The Production Merchandiser for Apparel is responsible for overseeing the production process of apparel items through outsourcing partners. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a deep understanding of the apparel manufacturing process. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supplier Management: - Maintain regular communication with suppliers to monitor progress and address any issues promptly. 2. Production Coordination: - Coordinate production schedules and timelines to meet delivery deadlines. - Collaborate with internal teams, including design, sourcing, and logistics, to ensure seamless production processes. - Monitor production progress and address any delays or discrepancies to maintain PO timelines. 3. Quality Assurance: - Plan for regular quality inspections at various stages of production to ensure compliance with standards and specifications. - Communicate and address any quality issues found with suppliers, design and sourcing team. 4. Cost Management: - Monitor production costs and budgets to ensure profitability and cost-effectiveness. - Identify opportunities for cost optimization, such as material sourcing alternatives or production process improvements. 5. Risk Management: - Identify potential risks and challenges in the production process and develop mitigation strategies. - Proactively address issues such as supply chain disruptions, quality defects to minimize negative impacts on production. 6. Documentation and Reporting: - Maintain accurate records of production activities, Time and action calendars with updated production schedules, and quality reports. - Prepare regular reports on production performance, including key metrics such as production a) Timely delivery % against the PO target dates. b) Quality metrics for PO inspections conducted vs Passed/rejections. c) PO completion report with reconciliation of Material issued vs receipt qty. - Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to optimize production processes and drive continuous improvement. Qualifications and Skills: - Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Apparel Merchandising, Business Administration, or related field. - Proven experience in apparel production management, preferably in outsourcing environments. - Strong understanding of garment manufacturing processes, materials, and quality standards. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders. - Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks effectively, and adapt to changing priorities. - Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality products that meet customer expectations.

Sampling for Raw Material and trims should be sourced by the Merchandiser. Plan Sampling along with production department.Evaluate process by costing the time.Generate MRP for the product.Get final approval of all samples from marketing HOD.
