Fabric Dyeing Coordinator Key Responsibilities Process Management Oversee the garment dyeing process from start to finish, ensuring quality, efficiency, and compliance with standards. Implement and monitor dyeing process parameters to achieve desired colors and maintain consistent quality. Troubleshoot and resolve dyeing-related issues or defects promptly to minimize waste and production delays. Production Coordination Collaborate with the production planning team to align with targets, priorities, and schedules. Coordinate with dyeing masters, supervisors, and other departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of orders. Plan and execute dyeing processes effectively to meet production demands. Quality Assurance Monitor and ensure that all dyed garments meet the required color standards and quality specifications. Work closely with quality assurance teams to conduct regular quality checks on dyed fabrics. Resource Management Maintain accurate records of machine wash cycles, maintenance activities, and chemical usage. Assist in managing and controlling the inventory of dyes. Communication Report machine downtime, maintenance requirements, and production updates to relevant teams and management. Provide feedback and share planning information with Production Manager. Skills & Qualifications Proven experience in garment dyeing processes and textile technology. Knowledge of various dyeing methods and their applications. Familiarity with chemical formulations for achieving different colors. Basic proficiency in MS Excel and Word. Strong ability to troubleshoot dyeing issues while maintaining quality standards. Hands-on experience with garment dyeing machines and related equipment. Understanding of inventory and resource management related to dyes and chemicals.
