Production Merchandiser

As the Garment Merchandiser, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end production process, ensuring timely and high-quality product delivery by coordinating with vendors and suppliers. Managing customer orders from sampling to final delivery will be a key aspect of your role, with a focus on ensuring client satisfaction. Collaboration with design, production, and quality teams will be essential to meet production targets effectively. Monitoring fabric and raw material procurement to ensure cost-effective and sustainable sourcing is also part of your responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in garment merchandising, with a strong understanding of garment production, fabric sourcing, and costing. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential for this role, along with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. A degree or diploma in Fashion Design, Textile, or related fields would be a plus, and good knowledge of Knits & Screen Print is preferred. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including health insurance and leave encashment.
