Role Description

The Production Merchandiser is a full-time, on-site role located in Tiruppur Taluka. Key responsibilities include managing the production process for school uniforms, coordinating with clients and internal teams to ensure orders align with specifications, and overseeing product quality and timely delivery. The role also involves monitoring inventories, liaising with vendors, and maintaining strong relationships with both customers and suppliers to meet market demands and uphold company standards.

• Excellent Communication skills to effectively liaise with clients, teams, and vendors
• Customer Service skills to build strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
• Sales and Retail experience to understand market needs and maximize business opportunities
• Marketing expertise to promote products and identify opportunities for business growth
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Attention to detail to maintain high-quality product standards
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to an on-site work environment
• Experience in the textile or fashion industry is advantageous
• A bachelor's degree in Business, Merchandising, Textiles, or a related field is preferred
