Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Merchandiser located in Ramanagara. The Production Merchandiser will be responsible for coordinating production schedules, liaising with suppliers, ensuring quality control, managing inventory, and monitoring production processes. The role requires effective communication with different departments to ensure timely delivery of products and adherence to quality standards. Qualifications Strong Communication skills Proficiency in Customer Service and Sales Experience in Retail operations Knowledge of Marketing techniques Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to work effectively as part of a team Bachelor's degree in Business, Fashion, or related field preferred Previous experience in production or merchandising is a plus
