Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Production / Manufacturing Consultant to join our team at Crest IT Consulting Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Product Information Management, Production Control, Discrete and Process manufacturing, Bill of Material / Formula, Route, Subcontracting, Costing sheet, Inventory management, and Production postings.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and control production processes to ensure efficient and effective product delivery.

Develop and implement strategies to improve production planning and scheduling.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production-related issues and enhance overall productivity.

Analyze and optimize production data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.

Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Provide training and support to production staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of production control principles and practices.

Experience in discrete and process manufacturing environments.

Proficiency in bill of material / formula development and route optimization.

Knowledge of subcontracting and costing sheet analysis.

Familiarity with inventory management systems and production postings.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate complex ideas clearly.
