Job Description:

Atlas Technologies Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced Production Head/Manager to oversee the manufacturing of Asphalt Batch Mix Plants. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of asphalt batch mix plants, their components, and the production process. The role requires strong leadership skills to manage production within strict deadlines while ensuring quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Production Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute production schedules to meet delivery deadlines.
• Process Optimization: Improve production efficiency, minimize downtime, and enhance quality standards.
• Technical Expertise: Ensure proper assembly and manufacturing of asphalt batch mix plants and their components.
• Team Leadership: Manage and guide the production team, ensuring high performance and productivity.
• Quality Control: Oversee quality assurance processes to maintain Atlas Technologies' high standards.
• Inventory & Resource Planning: Monitor raw material availability and coordinate with procurement teams.
• Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Identify and resolve technical issues in manufacturing processes.
• Safety & Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety protocols and industry regulations.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 5 years in asphalt batch mix plant production.
• Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of asphalt plant components, machinery, and production processes.
• Leadership Skills: Ability to manage teams and coordinate with different departments.
• Problem-Solving Ability: Quick decision-making and troubleshooting skills.
• Education: Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field (preferred).
