Job Summary: We are seeking a CNC Nesting & Cutting Operator responsible for managing the full process from design file preparation to CNC plasma machine operation. The candidate should be experienced in part nesting using OmniWin 2017 or similar software and capable of handling production data efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Create nesting layouts from part drawings for sheet metal cutting. Generate and transfer cutting files to the CNC plasma machine. Ensure optimal material usage and accurate execution. Coordinate with design and production teams for job planning. Maintain records of nesting and cutting operations. Requirements: 2+ years of experience in CNC nesting and machine handling. Familiarity with CAD files (DXF/DWG) and plasma cutting processes. Working knowledge of OmniWin 2017 or equivalent nesting software. Ability to read mechanical drawings and follow production plans.
