These roles are critical to the efficient functioning of our factory operations, and we are looking for dedicated individuals who can contribute to our continuous growth and commitment to excellence.

  Education: Bachelor s Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Textile Engineering, Garment Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Production, etc.)



• 
  

  Experience: Minimum of 8 to 10 years of hands-on experience in the garments/textile manufacturing industry

Responsible for overseeing the entire factory operations, ensuring production targets are met, and maintaining quality standards. The ideal candidate will be experienced in managing large teams, optimizing workflows, ensuring workplace safety, and driving operational efficiency.

Will manage day-to-day production activities, ensuring timely delivery of products while maintaining quality and efficiency. Responsibilities include scheduling, resource allocation, coordinating with other departments, and reporting on production performance.

Responsible for creating accurate patterns based on design specifications and client requirements. Must have strong knowledge of pattern-making software and garment construction. Should work closely with the design and sampling teams to ensure fit and quality.

Monitors all stages of production to ensure that products meet the required standards. Will conduct in-line and final inspections, identify defects, and implement corrective actions. Should have a keen eye for detail and experience with quality systems and audits.

Responsible for the maintenance, repair, and overall functionality of factory machinery and equipment. Must have experience with garment industry machines and preventive maintenance systems. Will work to reduce downtime and support uninterrupted production flow.
