Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production Manager - Sheet Metal Fabrication, located in Jalandhar. The Production Manager will oversee daily operations of the sheet metal fabrication department, ensuring production schedules are met and quality standards are maintained. Responsibilities include managing staff, coordinating with other departments, maintaining equipment, implementing process improvements, and ensuring safety protocols are followed.

Qualifications

• Experience in sheet metal fabrication and production management
• Skills in scheduling, staff management, and workflow coordination
• Knowledge of quality control standards and safety protocols
• Ability to implement process improvements and maintain equipment
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, or related field
• Experience with ERP systems is required.
