Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Manager, Submersible Motor at Qaid Pump located in Palanpur. The Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations related to the manufacturing and assembly of submersible motors.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing Process Management, Production Planning, and Quality Control skills
• Experience in supervising a production team and ensuring operational efficiency
• Knowledge of submersible motor technologies and applications
• Problem-solving and Analytical skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Previous experience in the pump or motor industry is a plus
