Job Title: Production Manager – Solid Wood Furniture Location: Village Kadoli, Bhandara Road, Nagpur, Maharashtra – 441202 Job Type: Regular / Permanent Schedule: Day Shift Experience Required: 4 to 5 years (Solid wood furniture manufacturing) Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to lead the manufacturing of solid wood furniture, including chairs, dining tables, center tables, and related products. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in solid wood production and a strong command over modern woodworking machines and tools. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily production operations of solid wood furniture. Operate and oversee the use of Straight Line Ripsaws, CNC Machines, Panel Saws, Tenoners, and other woodworking equipment. Ensure quality control across all stages of production—cutting, assembly, finishing, and packing. Plan and monitor production schedules to meet deadlines. Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment. Coordinate with design, purchase, and quality teams for smooth execution. Identify, arrange, and onboard skilled manpower when required to meet production targets or specific project needs. Requirements: Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in solid wood furniture manufacturing. Strong knowledge of woodworking processes and materials. Ability to lead shop floor operations and manage production teams. Practical expertise with modern woodworking machinery. Good organizational and problem-solving skills. Preferred: Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role in a furniture manufacturing unit. Familiarity with optimizing workflows and improving production efficiency.
