Production Manager

Role Overview: You will be the Head of Production, responsible for planning, coordinating, and controlling manufacturing processes with a focus on Factory Layout and Production Layout. Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, you will provide technical support to ensure the production of high-quality products and adherence to best business practices. Leading and managing teams and projects across the organization, you will offer clear direction, inspiration, and guidance to drive excellence and motivate staff towards success. Key Responsibilities: - Design and validate factory layout and production layout - Develop engineering bills of process and resources - Plan manufacturing processes for assembly - Conduct capacity and cycle time calculations - Plan and design equipment, tooling, jigs, and fixtures - Participate in supplier qualification processes - Develop quality metrics and perform various analyses for optimal performance - Plan and execute MES architecture in line with ISA95 standards - Implement Industry 4.0 strategies - Manage factory operations and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements - Conduct safety and risk analyses - Implement ISO standards Qualification Required: - Hold a BE/ME degree in Mechanical, Automobile, or Industrial Engineering - Strong background in Factory and Layout planning - Experience in automated and manual assembly lines, tool design, and manufacturing processes - Knowledge of quality standards - Familiarity with GD&T, tolerance stack-up analysis, APQP, DFMEA, PFMEA - Knowledge of PLM, ERP, and ISO standards - Advantageous to have knowledge of CMM, Blue light scanning, and I4.0 principles Additional Details: Omit this section as no additional details of the company are present in the job description.,
