Production Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and control production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain quality.
• Ensure adherence to health & safety regulations and company policies.
• Manage and train production staff; ensure high team morale and discipline.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly production reports and analyze performance.
• Manage equipment maintenance schedules to avoid unplanned downtime.
• Collaborate with R&D, quality assurance, and supply chain for seamless workflow.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferable.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a production supervisory or managerial role.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
