Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to oversee our modular furniture and interior production unit. The role requires strong technical knowledge of factory machinery, production scheduling, and coordination with design and site teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage daily/weekly production schedules
• Operate/oversee Panel Saw, Edge Bander, and Multi-Boring machines
• Interpret drawings & create/verify cut lists
• Supervise production teams and ensure quality standards
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and site teams
• Track inventory, material usage & maintain reports

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in interior/modular furniture production
• Strong technical knowledge of machinery and joinery
• Experience in cut lists, BOQs, and shop drawings
• Leadership and team management skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
