Production Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead operations at our Spray Drying facility.

Key Requirements:

• Proven expertise in managing spray drying operations for

  Dairy Powders, Food Powders, and Nutraceutical Powders

  .
• Strong background in

  production planning, process optimization, and quality assurance

  in a spray drying setup.
• Familiarity with

  regulatory and hygiene standards

  in food-grade manufacturing environments.
• Ability to lead teams, drive KPIs, and ensure

  smooth day-to-day plant operations

  with minimal downtime.
• Experience in

  scaling production

  , troubleshooting spray drying equipment, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives is a strong advantage.

About the Role:

• This is a

  leadership position

  with full ownership of the production floor, reporting to senior management.
