Production Manager- Garments

* Set monthly production targets based on sales forecasts. Develop a monthly production plan to optimize resources and meet demand effectively. Design and refine production processes for enhanced efficiency. Strive for continuous production flow, minimizing work in progress and associated costs. Identify and isolate defective goods within the production cycle. Implement measures to prevent substandard products from infiltrating the supply chain. Drive ongoing improvement initiatives to uphold and enhance product quality standards. Generate a comprehensive monthly production report by the 5th of every month. Issue a monthly report detailing wastage by the 5th of each month. Compile and deliver a monthly performance report by the 5th of every month, encompassing key production metrics and insights Evaluate the effectiveness and suitability of different production techniques by conducting in-depth analyses and comparing them to the operations that are being carried out. Oversee stock levels and make informed decisions regarding inventory management. Analyze and evaluate the performance of inventory control activities, seeking opportunities for optimization and cost reduction.
