Production manager (Garments)

As a Garment Production Manager, your role will involve planning, managing, and monitoring the entire garment production process across all units. Your responsibilities will include: - Preparing time & action plans for every order to ensure on-time dispatch - Allocating resources efficiently to handle multiple orders without delays - Ensuring that production runs efficiently, meeting quality, cost, and delivery targets - Resolving production issues swiftly through smart planning and quick decision-making You will closely coordinate with various teams such as design, sampling, fabric sourcing, cutting, stitching, finishing, and dispatch to ensure smooth operations. Maintaining production quality standards, ensuring the use of approved materials, implementing quality control procedures, and continuously improving quality benchmarks will be crucial aspects of your role. Tracking manpower, ensuring optimal utilization without overburdening teams, monitoring daily production output, addressing deviations, and reporting progress accurately are key responsibilities. Identifying and resolving any bottlenecks or inefficiencies in the production cycle will be necessary for smooth operations. Ensuring compliance with industry standards and norms, providing leadership, motivation, and supervision to production teams and supervisors, and driving the team towards achieving production goals are essential tasks for you. A Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of experience in garment manufacturing are preferred qualifications for this role. Proficiency in English is also preferred. The work location will be in person, and the ability to commute or relocate to Jalandhar, Punjab is preferred.,
