Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Raipur, CG for a Production Manager - Formulations/Injectables. The Production Manager will oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations, ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory standards. Duties include managing production schedules, coordinating with cross-functional teams, supervising staff, troubleshooting production issues, and optimizing manufacturing processes to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in pharmaceutical production and injectables.
• Strong understanding of quality control and regulatory compliance in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Proficiency in managing production schedules and optimizing processes.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and on-site in Hyderabad.
• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or related field is required; advanced degree is a plus.
