Job Description: Production Manager (Staples & Pulses) Location: Bikaner & Jabalpur Salary: 25,000 30,000 per month Experience Required: 310 Years Working Hours: 12-Hour Shift (8:00 AM 8:00 PM) Industry: Staples & Pulses (FMCG Manufacturing) Job Summary We are hiring an experienced Production Manager to oversee end-to-end manufacturing operations for staples and pulses at our facilities in Bikaner and Madhya Pradesh. The role requires strong production management skills, knowledge of food industry standards, and thorough experience in documentation and compliance. Key Responsibilities Supervise and manage daily production operations for staples and pulses. Ensure timely achievement of production targets with consistent product quality. Maintain complete documentation including BMR, BPR, production logs, batch records, and audit files. Ensure adherence to FSSAI, hygiene, and safety standards within the plant. Coordinate with QA, procurement, maintenance, and warehouse teams. Manage manpower, shift planning, and daily work allocation. Monitor machine efficiency and coordinate preventive & corrective maintenance. Maintain accurate production reports, wastage data, and yield calculations. Prepare for internal and external audits with proper documentation. Identify process improvement areas to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs. Required Skills & Experience 310 years of production experience in Staples, Pulses, or FMCG manufacturing. Strong knowledge of food safety standards, production processes, and compliance. Hands-on experience with documentation and audit requirements. Ability to manage a 12-hour shift (8 AM8 PM) and handle plant workforce. Proficiency in daily reporting, Excel, and ERP systems.
