## Reports to: Plant Manager/Operations Manager

## Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee the production of dairy products. You'll be responsible for ensuring efficient production processes, maintaining product quality, and meeting production targets. You should have hands on experience working on various machines.

## Key Responsibilities:

1. Production Planning: Plan and schedule production activities to meet demand and ensure efficient use of resources.

2. Quality Control: Ensure product quality meets company standards and regulatory requirements.

3. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.

4. Team Management: Supervise and motivate production staff to achieve production targets and maintain a safe working environment.

5. Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods.

## Requirements:

1. Education: Degree in Food Science, Dairy Technology, or related field.

2. Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in dairy production management.

3. Skills: Strong knowledge of dairy production processes, quality control, and food safety regulations.

4. Leadership: Proven leadership and team management skills.
