Job Summary

Production Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage production activities across multiple electronics manufacturing projects
• Oversee SMT, back-end assembly, and testing operations
• Ensure process excellence in solder paste application, reflow and wave soldering profiling
• Implement ESD precautions and manage PCB marking protocols
• Supervise stencil development and utilization using Gerber files
• Program and maintain Pick and Place machines, SPI, and AOI systems
• Drive cycle time reduction, cost optimization, and profitability analysis
• Maintain compliance with QMS standards: ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001, IATF 16949
• Uphold EHS (Environmental, Health & Safety) management systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and quality output

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Electronics Engineering (B.Tech/B.E)
• 8 –15 years of experience in electronics manufacturing, preferably in EMS
• Strong technical knowledge of SMT processes and equipment
• Proven ability to manage production teams and deliver results
• Familiarity with international quality and environmental standards
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
