The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in plastic extrusion, polymer processing, and end-to-end production management. Location:- Hapur Key Responsibilities: Production Planning & Control: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules based on sales forecasts and inventory targets. Team Management: Lead, train, and supervise machine operators, line staff, and shift in-charges to maintain performance, discipline, and motivation. Process Optimization: Implement best practices to improve machine uptime, reduce cycle time, minimize waste, and improve product consistency. Quality Assurance: Ensure products meet quality standards through process checks and coordination with the QA/QC team.
