Job Description

Handle Manpower and manage team as per work Priority .

Create Project File & Discuss Project to Design Team & Project Team.
Coordinate with Purchase and vendors team regarding the respective project material.
Start project then send Requisition against Work order through ERP software.
Collect Project Material from store, Start assembly, if any assembly issue then discuss
to Design Team, Revise drawing, if Rework possible in shop then resolve it, if mojor
Rework then send to vendor for Revise.
Project Material send for Surface treatment (Shot Blasting, Phosphating, Powder
Ensure output and Target Production to achieve the goal.
Support Shop floor & Service Site support team. Resolve Shop floor Issue.
Responsible for deliver product on the time.
Arrange Dispatch Box, Dispatch material Tagging, Address & Dispatch List Stapling to
Box, Maintain Dispatch Report. Dispatch List & Pending material list Mail to Team
Maintain 5-S in shop floor.
Organize: Set priorities, develop a work schedule, monitor progress towards goals, and
track details/data/information/activities.
