Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 7 to 12 years of experience to join our team as an Assistant Manager- Production Technology in the glass industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Oversee production technology operations to ensure efficient and high-quality output.
Develop and implement new technologies to improve existing processes and reduce costs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and optimize workflows.
Conduct research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
Train and guide junior staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Monitor and control production quality to meet customer requirements.
