Job Description

Role Overview: As a Production Management Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the provision of day-to-day technology-based services. You will be responsible for delivering production management for relevant platforms, activities, and processes within your area of specialist knowledge, following predefined end-to-end processes. This role offers you the opportunity to gain valuable exposure and develop your skills in a collaborative and cohesive working environment. The position is offered at the associate level. Key Responsibilities: - Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders involved in production management within your technical knowledge area - Act as a point of customer contact and provide first or second-level support using request fulfilment processes - Provide solutions for applications management to ensure availability for business use according to agreed service level expectations - Identify areas for improvement in service and robustness through detailed analysis and diagnosis of recurring platform and service incidents - Participate in the ongoing evaluation and analysis of current capacity to meet performance requirements - Develop colleagues by sharing experiences, expertise, and specialist knowledge - Support the delivery of application management and application support - Apply controls and review primarily against SOX controls to ensure full compliance with all policies and regulatory obligations Qualifications Required: - Technical knowledge and experience in platforms, technology, products, and domains - Knowledge of relevant industry standard toolsets and processes to enhance customer service within an IT environment - Basic understanding of AWS Cloud Concepts and experience working on AWS-related applications/projects - Understanding of MicroServices Architecture and deployment of code - Familiarity with Java (OOPS concepts) and ability to debug code for root cause analysis - Knowledge of DevOps principles and experience in configuring CI/CD pipelines - Knowledge of Oracle, PostgreSQL, and proficiency in Query building (Complex), Joins, Functions, Procedures, Creating views, etc. - Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills - Ability to prioritize and multitask (Note: Additional details about the company were not provided in the job description.)
