Production Management Analyst

As a Production Management Analyst, you will support the provision of day-to-day technology-based services. Your responsibilities will include delivering production management for relevant platforms, activities, and processes within your area of specialist knowledge. This role offers valuable exposure and opportunities for skill development in a collaborative working environment. This position is available at the associate level. Key Responsibilities: - Building relationships with internal and external stakeholders involved in the production management within your area of technical knowledge - Acting as a point of customer contact and providing first or second level support using request fulfillment processes - Providing solutions for applications management to ensure availability for business use as per agreed service level expectations - Identifying areas for improvement in service and robustness through detailed analysis and diagnosis of recurring platform and service incidents - Participating in the ongoing evaluation and analysis of current capacity to provide required performance - Developing colleagues by sharing experiences, expertise, and specialist knowledge - Supporting the delivery of application management and application support - Applying controls and reviewing primarily against SOX controls to ensure full compliance with all policies and regulatory obligations Qualifications Required: - Technical knowledge and experience in platforms, technology, products, and domains - Knowledge of relevant industry standard toolsets and processes to enhance customer service within an IT environment - Basic understanding of AWS Cloud Concepts and experience in working on AWS related applications/projects - Understanding of MicroServices Architecture and deployment of code - Understanding of Java (OOPS concepts) and ability to debug code for root cause analysis - Familiarity with DevOps principles and experience in configuring CI/CD pipelines - Knowledge of Oracle, PostgreSQL including query building (Complex), Joins, Functions, Procedures, Creating views, etc. - Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills - Ability to prioritize and multitask,
