**Job Description:** 1. **Production Management:** - Develop and execute production plans to ensure timely completion of tasks. - Control production costs, improve efficiency, and minimize waste. - Manage production line workers, including recruitment, training, evaluation, and motivation. - Optimize production processes to enhance efficiency and product quality. - Ensure compliance with safety regulations to prevent accidents. - Coordinate with supply chain, sales, R&D, and other departments to align production with market demands. - Prepare regular production reports and analyze data to support decision-making. - Address emergencies promptly to minimize disruptions. - Stay updated on the latest production technologies and drive innovation. - Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. - Foster teamwork and build a high-performance production team. - Promote a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging employee suggestions. 2. **Logistics Management:** - Ensure product quality meets standards by overseeing and improving quality control processes. - Supervise the maintenance and upkeep of production equipment to ensure smooth operations. - Monitor raw material and finished goods inventory to maintain optimal levels. - Coordinate with supply chain, sales, R&D, and other departments to align logistics with market demands. - Prepare logistics reports and analyze data to support decision-making. - Handle emergencies and resolve issues such as customs delays or supply chain disruptions. - Ensure compliance with international logistics regulations and standards. - Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, carriers, and warehouses. 3. **PMC & Supply Chain Management:** - Manage international logistics (sea, air, land) and optimize transportation methods, including customs clearance. - Track international shipments and address delays or damages. - Develop, evaluate, and maintain overseas suppliers to ensure quality, delivery, and cost efficiency. - Monitor inventory turnover and optimize stock levels. - Ensure compliance with international trade regulations (e.g., INCOTERMS, tariffs) and mitigate risks (e.g., currency fluctuations, political instability). - Collaborate with domestic and overseas teams to streamline end-to-end supply chain operations. - Analyze supply chain costs (transportation, warehousing, tariffs) and identify cost-saving opportunities. **Requirements:** - **Key Experience:** - 3+ years of experience in production management, logistics, or international supply chain. - Familiarity with production processes (preferably in injection molding or CNC industries) and international logistics operations. - Proven ability to manage teams and projects in a cross-cultural environment. - **Knowledge & Skills:** - Strong understanding of production techniques, quality control, and supply chain management. - Proficiency in international logistics procedures and regulations. - Market insight to adjust strategies based on trends. - **Key Competencies:** - Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Ability to adapt to challenges of working and living in India, including domestic travel. - Team-building experience, especially in establishing teams from scratch. **Additional Notes:** - Initial placement at the Gujarat factory for business familiarization, with potential adjustments later. - Strong adaptability to Indian culture and willingness to travel domestically.
