🧾 Job Title: Production Line Operator – Electric Vehicle Manufacturing 📍 Location: Palsana, Rajasthan 🕒 Job Type: Full-Time (Factory-based) 📌 Job Summary We are looking for hardworking and reliable Production Line Operators to join our electric vehicle manufacturing unit in Palsana, Rajasthan. The role involves assembly of EV components, operation of tools/machines, and maintaining quality and safety standards on the production floor. Ideal candidates should be physically fit, attentive to detail, and willing to work in a fast-paced factory environment. 🔧 Key Responsibilities: Assembly Work: Assemble various electric vehicle parts and components on the production line. Machine Operation: Operate basic hand tools, power tools, and machines (training will be provided). Quality Checks: Inspect parts for defects and maintain quality standards. Workplace Safety: Follow safety procedures and wear proper protective equipment. Housekeeping: Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the work area. Productivity: Meet assigned daily production targets. Team Coordination: Work in coordination with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth operations. Reporting Issues: Report machinery malfunctions, safety concerns, or quality issues promptly. *Skill Set* Basic understanding of mechanical or electrical assembly (training will be provided) Ability to follow instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs) Physically fit and able to stand/work for extended periods Team player with a positive attitude Willingness to work in shifts (if required) 0–2 years of experience in manufacturing or assembly line work Local language proficiency (preferred)  *What We Offer* Fixed Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month Overtime pay as per company policy PF / ESI benefits (as applicable) Skill training and career growth opportunities within the EV industry
