The Production Line Incharge will oversee the day-to-day operations of the production line, ensure adherence to quality and safety standards, monitor production schedules, and manage a team of production staff. Qualifications Experience in production line management and supervisionKnowledge of quality control processes and standardsStrong organizational and leadership skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentAttention to detail and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsExperience with production planning and schedulingKnowledge of Lean manufacturing principles is a plusBachelor's degree in Engineering or related field preferred
