Role & responsibilities

Quality:
Maintain customer PPM within limits; resolve operational issues promptly.
Cost:
Keep rejection below
0.7%
and rework below
1%
; drive cost-saving initiatives for scrap, DMC, and consumables.
Safety:
Identify unsafe conditions; implement preventive measures; promote safety culture.
Delivery:
Ensure
zero customer line stoppages
; meet production and delivery schedules.
Improvements:

Execute EBITA improvement projects.
Implement Kaizens and sustain TPM.
Achieve BSC 5-star rating and strengthen visual management.

People Management:
Train and coach juniors; build team capability; plan and deploy resources effectively.

Preferred candidate profile

BE/Post Graduate with 10 to 14 years experience in Production administration. Preferably from Automobile Industry.

Hands on experience in SAP module
