Production Intern

We are seeking a passionate and imaginative Video Production Intern who is dedicated to visual storytelling and eager to enhance their skills in a practical, agency-style work setting. As an intern, you will gain valuable hands-on experience in planning, shooting, editing, and publishing digital video content for social media, websites, and campaigns. Your responsibilities will include assisting in the planning and execution of video shoots both in-house and on-site, operating camera equipment to capture high-quality footage, and editing raw footage into polished videos using software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools. You will also be responsible for adding effects, transitions, and basic motion graphics, as well as collaborating closely with the creative, social media, and marketing teams to ensure that the video content aligns with the brand tone and campaign objectives. It is essential to stay updated with the latest trends in video content across various platforms. To excel in this role, you should possess basic knowledge of video production, editing, and camera operations, along with familiarity with editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc. A creative eye for framing, pacing, and storytelling is crucial, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong time management skills and a willingness to learn are also important qualities. While a degree or diploma in Media, Visual Communication, Film, or related fields is preferred, a genuine passion for video production is paramount. As an intern, you will receive an Internship Certificate upon completion, have the opportunity to work on real client projects to enhance your portfolio, participate in learning sessions with experienced media professionals, and receive a performance-based stipend after six months.
