Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Production Incharge to oversee daily production operations, ensure optimal use of resources, and maintain high standards of quality, efficiency, and safety. The ideal candidate will manage workflow, monitor performance, and coordinate with other departments to meet production targets. Key Responsibilities: Plan, schedule, and oversee daily production activities. Supervise production staff and ensure adherence to work instructions and safety guidelines. Allocate manpower and machinery efficiently to meet production goals. Monitor the production process and adjust schedules as needed. Ensure timely availability of raw materials and components. Maintain production logs, reports, and performance metrics. Coordinate with maintenance for timely servicing and troubleshooting of equipment. Ensure product quality standards are met and report deviations. Implement lean manufacturing, 5S, or other continuous improvement initiatives. Train and motivate team members for productivity and skill enhancement. Enforce company policies, health, and safety regulations. Qualifications and Skills: +2 or diploma in Mechanical Minimum 3 TO 5 years of experience in a supervisory or production-related role. Strong understanding of production planning, quality control, and resource management. Knowledge of manufacturing processes, machinery, and safety protocols. Leadership qualities with excellent communication and organizational skills. Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Preferred Experience: Fasteners industry production background Experience in shift management and team supervision.
