Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Having 2 years experience of wet and dry emulsion adhesive batch process. From Initial charging to the final product.
Knowledge of emulsion adhesive production operation and process method.
Operate DCS system
Monitoring and controlling all the batch process parameter safely.
Having experience of All the Batch processing of wet lamination adhesive, dry lamination ,homopolymer adhesive ,wood adhesive.
water based adhesive and solvent based adhesive. Paint adhesive. Side pasting adhesive, furniture adhesive , presser sensitive adhesive, Lebale, adhesive, paper adhesive.
Ability to work independently to synthesize improve and customize polymer.
Actions taking when dcs indicate any alarm.
Ability to checking final product as per specification.
Knowledge of Raw material.
Knowledge to follow safety norms to archive zero accident and zero breakdown.
Knowledge of kaizen implementation in a plant.
Knowledge of ISO standard.
