Production Incharge

You have 2 years of experience in wet and dry emulsion adhesive batch processes, from initial charging to the final product. You possess knowledge of emulsion adhesive production operations and process methods, including operating the DCS system. Your responsibilities include monitoring and controlling all batch process parameters safely. You have experience in batch processing various types of adhesives such as wet lamination adhesive, dry lamination, homopolymer adhesive, wood adhesive, water-based adhesive, solvent-based adhesive, paint adhesive, side pasting adhesive, furniture adhesive, pressure-sensitive adhesive, label adhesive, and paper adhesive. You are adept at working independently to synthesize, improve, and customize polymers. You take necessary actions when the DCS indicates any alarm and ensure the final product meets the specified requirements. Your knowledge extends to raw materials and following safety norms to achieve zero accidents and breakdowns. You are familiar with implementing Kaizen practices in a plant, adhering to ISO standards, and engaging in 5S activities. Additionally, you have experience handling manpower effectively. Your qualifications include a B.Tech or Diploma in a relevant field. The key skills you possess are related to product management, production supervision, and implementing Kaizens and ISO standards. This role offers a salary ranging from 4 to 6 Lac per annum and falls within the Manufacturing/Production/Quality industry.,
