Job Description

Role Overview: You have 2 years of experience in wet and dry emulsion adhesive batch processes, from initial charging to the final product. You possess knowledge of emulsion adhesive production operations and process methods, including operating the DCS system. Your responsibilities include monitoring and controlling all batch process parameters safely. You have experience in batch processing various types of adhesives such as wet lamination adhesive, dry lamination, homopolymer adhesive, wood adhesive, water-based adhesive, solvent-based adhesive, paint adhesive, side pasting adhesive, furniture adhesive, pressure-sensitive adhesive, label adhesive, and paper adhesive. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor and control all batch process parameters safely - Operate the DCS system effectively - Batch process various types of adhesives - Take necessary actions based on DCS alarms to ensure final product quality - Adhere to safety norms to prevent accidents and breakdowns - Implement Kaizen practices and adhere to ISO standards - Engage in 5S activities - Handle manpower effectively Qualifications Required: - B.Tech or Diploma in a relevant field Additional Details: This role offers a salary ranging from 4 to 6 Lac per annum and falls within the Manufacturing/Production/Quality industry.,
