Department : Quality control Open Position : ( HPLC, GC ,Wet Lab ) Work Location: Bidar Key Responsibilities Responsible to perform the HPLC / GC/Wet analysis of Raw material & intermediates, in process/cleaning, intermediate, finished product and stability samples as per the work allotment. method validation, protocols & preparation, review, data review and planning, troubleshooting worked on Empower Software. Good communication& Interpersonal skills. Check the Calibration, Preventive maintenance and status tag of the instruments prior to use. Operate and calibrate the instruments as per SOP. Print the ARDS from GMP Pro and enter the test results after completion of the analysis. Ensure the instrument log entries in GMP Pro after completion of each activity during the analysis. Send the samples for other laboratory testing (internal/external) as per the procedure. Maintenance and storage of all Chemicals, columns and Standards. Discard the samples as per the disposal procedure upon satisfactory verification of batch release status. Handover the solid and liquid waste to ETP for disposal as per the procedure. Check the validity of Chemicals, Reagents, Reference/Working Standards and instruments prior to use. To Co-ordinate with the supervisor in preparation of Investigation reports in the event of OOS, OOT and deviations. Report all the departmental activities to the immediate supervisor and HOD. Assisting the Head of the department for all QC related activities. Attend for the scheduled and unscheduled OJT/GMP trainings.

Assist in the development and validation of new analytical methods and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy of analytical processes. Calibrate and maintain laboratory equipment to ensure proper functioning and accuracy of test results. Participate in laboratory investigations and root cause analyses for quality incidents, implementing preventive measures to mitigate recurrence. Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and others in the laboratory. Duties to Be Performed: Senior Engineer Mechanical Systems will work on designing and delivering mechanical systems for industrial properties in semiconductors, electronics, biopharma, and related industries. The mechanical systems include Cleanroom, HVAC, Process exhausts, vacuum, condenser, chilled water, process and process cooling water, fire protection, diesel fuel, natural gas and associated, equipment, ducts and pipe works. The Duties/ Responsibilities of the Prospective Candidate are , Responsible for Concept / Basic / Detail design for Mechanical systems as mentioned, but not limited to the above Capable to develop detailed engineering of the mechanical systems as mentioned, but not limited to the above in new and/or existing production building Conduct feasibility study and conceptual design of Mechanical Systems throughout all technological aspects Review design documentation of the mechanical systems as mentioned, but not limited to the above in preparation for testing and commissioning and validation Coordination and engineering in regards of R&D Equipment requirements Provision of engineering service for tendering, conduct site show round and brief bidders Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects Clearly define and align inter-discipline technical interfaces and scope demarcation Work with CAD drafters and BIM modeler to guide, check and carry out field verification with them Prepare SOW (Scope of work) for bid package, including BOM for form of tender Calculate system OSE (Operating System Efficiency) of chilled water system to meet MEES requirements Frictional loss calculation for fan and pump head and estimation of power requirements. Perform psychrometric analysis on system design Trouble shooting of design and construction related problems and develop solutions accordingly To promote safe working practices and to protect the health and well-being of Employees, contractors and Customers Liaising with QA / QC Engineers to ensure they are aligned with the requirements of the specification Support during Construction Stage Preferred candidate profile You should have a bachelor's degree in mechanical. You should have sound experience in mechanical systems in designing and installation works related to semiconductors, biopharma, laboratories, data centers, or process buildings. You should be familiar with latest codes, standards, guidelines, regulations, and authorities requirements. Your familiarity with available equipment, modern technology, construction methods, and CAD/ BIM is an added advantage.
