Production Head

Position: Production Head Ink Manufacturing Plant

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overall

  production output with focus on both quality and quantity

  .
• Prepare and implement

  monthly production plans

  based on sales forecasts received by the 25th of each month.
• Calculate and monitor

  weekly raw material requirements

  and ensure timely availability.
• Collect and verify

  raw material feasibility reports

  before utilization in production.
• Oversee and control operations of

  pure water production

  and

  effluent evaporation systems

  .
• Maintain accurate

  daily records

  of:
• Water evaporated
• Sludge collected (in kilograms)
• Water fed to R.O. & EDI systems
• Pure water collected
• Ensure

  timely preventive maintenance

  of R.O., EDI systems, evaporator, and other plant equipment.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve smooth plant operations.
• Ensure compliance with

  safety, quality, and environmental standards

  .

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong understanding of

  production planning and process control

  in chemical/ink manufacturing.
• Knowledge of

  R.O., EDI systems, evaporators, and plant utilities

  .
• Ability to manage production with focus on

  cost optimization and efficiency

  .
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent record-keeping and reporting skills.

Qualifications & Experience:

• B.E./B.Tech in Chemical / Mechanical / Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
• 5–10 years of experience in production operations, preferably in

  ink/chemical/paint manufacturing

• Hands-on knowledge of

  plant utilities, water systems, and preventive maintenance

  .
