As a Production Head & Merchandiser at Old Marigold, a fast-growing D2C womens fashion brand in Gurugram, you will play a crucial role in managing the entire production process. Your responsibilities will include coordinating between different departments, ensuring timely delivery of products, maintaining quality control, managing inventory, liaising with suppliers, and aligning production schedules with business objectives. Additionally, you will be involved in handling customer service interactions and providing support to the sales and retail teams.
