Job Description Role Overview: You will be the Production Head & Merchandiser for a fast-growing D2C womens fashion brand located in Gurugram. Your role involves overseeing the entire production process, managing coordination between departments, and ensuring timely delivery of products. You will be responsible for maintaining quality control, managing inventory, liaising with suppliers, and ensuring production schedules align with business goals. Additionally, you will handle customer service interactions and support the sales and retail teams.
