Role Overview: You will be responsible for utilizing your orthopedic equipment manufacturing experience in CO2, ARC, Spot, Laser welding, and Argon processes. Your role will involve handling tasks such as punching, bending, laser operations, and working with power press machines. Daily planning, comparing planned activities with actual achievements, arranging manpower on a daily basis, conducting time studies, and implementing strategies to improve productivity and reduce in-process rejection will be key aspects of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will be involved in new product development initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize orthopedic equipment manufacturing experience in CO2, ARC, Spot, Laser welding, and Argon processes - Perform punching, bending, laser operations, and work with power press machines - Plan daily activities and compare them with actual achievements - Arrange manpower on a daily basis - Conduct time studies to optimize processes - Implement strategies to improve productivity and reduce in-process rejection - Participate in new product development projects Qualifications Required: - Prior experience in orthopedic equipment manufacturing with expertise in CO2, ARC, Spot, Laser welding, and Argon processes - Proficiency in punching, bending, laser operations, and working with power press machines Please Note: The job is full-time and suitable for freshers.
