Role Overview:
We are looking for an Event Head to lead our event planning and execution. This role involves overseeing events from concept to completion, ensuring they align with client requirements, target audiences, and company objectives. The ideal candidate will combine creativity, strong organizational skills, and leadership to deliver seamless and memorable events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and execute events from start to finish.
• Understand client requirements and translate them into actionable event plans.
• Develop event concepts, themes, and experiences tailored to target audiences.
• Manage budgets, timelines, vendors, and resources effectively.
• Lead and mentor the event team to deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
• Monitor event performance, gather feedback, and recommend improvements.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience [ 7-10 ]years in event planning and management (leadership role preferred).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Leadership experience in managing teams and large-scale events.
