Proper Utilization of Manpower
Project Management
Interaction with Marketing & customers
Material Plan & Follow-up from the respective department
Interacting with QC, Store, and Purchase departments
Identifying the requirements of New Tools and equipment for the new Cable Assembly projects.
Macola activities, Technical clarification to the customer
Inventory Management / Control.
Prototype Building / Sample Preparation.
On-site support - on a case-by-case basis.
Support to Design activities.
Process improvement, Documentation pertaining to Cable Harness.
Responsible for all the quality issues - In-house & at the customer's Place.
Shall be able to handle 300 + employees
Soldering expertise
Experience especially in NATO style harness
WHMA IPC 620 complete knowledge
