Job Title: Production Head – Aluminium & Window Factory

Location: Zirakpur, Punjab
Job Type: Full-Time

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily production operations of aluminium windows, doors, and related products.
• Manage production schedules to meet client deadlines.
• Ensure product quality standards and adherence to company specifications.
• Supervise production staff, allocate tasks, and monitor performance.
• Coordinate with design, sales, and installation teams for smooth workflow.
• Maintain machinery, equipment, and ensure workplace safety compliance.
• Control raw material usage and minimize wastage.
• Track productivity and submit regular production reports to management.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in aluminium window/door fabrication or modular furniture industry.
• Strong leadership & team management skills.
• Knowledge of CNC machines, cutting tools, and aluminium fabrication processes.
• Ability to read technical drawings and guide team accordingly.
• Problem-solving and time management abilities.

Qualifications:

• Diploma / B.Tech / Mechanical or relevant field preferred.
• Prior experience in aluminium fabrication / modular kitchens / furniture industry.
