Art Production Supervisor

Your Role:

• Oversee end-to-end production of commissioned artworks and installations
• Lead and coordinate a team of painters, fabricators, sculptors, and technicians
• Work closely with our design team to bring artistic visions to life
• Handle

  materials like FRP, resin, metal, and wood

  with deep understanding
• Maintain quality control, finishes, timelines, and costings
• Troubleshoot on-site execution and installation challenges
• Liaise with vendors, manage procurement, and plan production schedules

What You Bring:

• Degree in

  Fine Arts / Applied Arts / Sculpture / Design / Architecture

  (BFA/MFA preferred)
• Hands-on experience in

  art fabrication

  , painting techniques, and sculptural finishes
• Familiarity with

  FRP, resin casting, woodwork, metalwork

  , and kinetic/moving elements
• Strong leadership and team coordination abilities
• An eye for detail, problem-solving mindset, and passion for large-scale installations
