Production Executive/ Sr. Executive

As an Executive/Sr. Executive at our company located in Lote, Chiplun, you will be responsible for implementing relevant Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions, arranging raw materials, and ensuring production targets are met as per SNOP targets. Your key responsibilities will include: - Implementing relevant SOPs and Work Instructions for production processes - Maintaining processes with appropriate parameters as defined in SOPs and Work Instructions - Developing SOPs and ensuring proper handling of incoming products based on procedures - Maintaining quality documents and records, and inspecting incoming, in-process, and outgoing products - Identifying and reviewing calibration requirements, coordinating with the QC department - Identifying and segregating non-conforming products, reducing Work In Progress (WIP) as per schedule, and dispatching finished goods materials as per schedule - Ensuring plant capacity utilization and conducting safety talks - Maintaining preventive maintenance for all equipment as per schedule - Ensuring compliance with ISO standards (ISO 9001:2015/ISO 45001:2018/ISO 14001:2015) and handling ISO audit documentation - Providing training to subordinates, adhering to calendars, and conducting inductions for new employees - Running product plans in accordance with MPCB Consent/Plan and maintaining plant safety - Generating MIS reports on monthly production, raw material consumption, safety performance, inventory details, and environmental care - Creating awareness of near misses, unsafe conditions, unsafe acts, and working towards a better work culture and overall plant safety In terms of technical skills, you will need expertise in: - Production planning and scheduling - Process control establishment - Quality management - Inventory management and timely dispatches - Ensuring safety of manpower and equipment - Conducting employee trainings - Coordinating with BSI - Fulfilling PSR responsibilities - Interpretation of results Your behavioral skills should include: - Planning and organizing - Resource planning and monitoring - Effective communication - Problem-solving and analysis - Time management - Team management and leadership - Inventory management With 4 to 7 years of experience and a qualification of BE/BTech in Chemical engineering, you are expected to apply your expertise to drive operational excellence and ensure the efficiency of our production processes.,
