PRODUCTION EXECUTIVE

As a Production Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the production activities to meet targets. Your responsibilities will include: - Planning, coordinating, and monitoring production activities to meet targets - Ensuring adherence to production schedules and minimizing downtime - Supervising shop-floor workers and ensuring compliance with SOPs - Monitoring production quality, reducing wastage, and optimizing resource utilization - Maintaining accurate daily production reports and records - Coordinating with maintenance, quality, and supply chain teams for smooth operations - Ensuring safety protocols and housekeeping standards are followed - Supporting continuous improvement initiatives in productivity and efficiency Qualifications required for this role include: - Prior experience in production supervision or related field - Strong communication and leadership skills - Knowledge of production processes and quality standards - Ability to work effectively in a team environment - Attention to detail and problem-solving skills This is a full-time position suitable for both experienced individuals and freshers.
