Job Description

Plan, coordinate, and monitor production activities to meet targets.
Ensure adherence to production schedules and minimize downtime.
Supervise shop-floor workers and ensure compliance with SOPs.
Monitor production quality, reduce wastage, and optimize resource utilization.
Maintain accurate daily production reports and records.
Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and supply chain teams for smooth operations.
Ensure safety protocols and housekeeping standards are followed.
Support continuous improvement initiatives in productivity and efficiency.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
