Production Executive

We are looking for a dynamic team member for our Production department as Executive.

Job Description

• Support production function of Scholastic India with great team support, knowledge of printing processes and its application in daily production work
• Knowledge of job planning and costing, strong in Maths
• Knowledge of types of papers, sizes
• Able to process invoices and purchase orders. Pro in sending files and getting approvals from editorial.
• Basic knowledge of computers and good knowledge of MS Excel
• Should be able to communicate well on emails with the vendors and internal stake holders
• Good team player; regularly interacting with colleges for channelizing work

Ensure Quality:

Implement and enforce quality control standards to guarantee that all printed materials meet our specifications and high-quality output.

Educational qualifications:

Educated to at least degree/diploma-level in the relevant discipline (preferable);

alternatively demonstrate equivalent qualification by experience

Previous Experience:

Experience of working in a printing / publishing house for more than 2 years in planning/costing/customer support department.
