Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in planning and executing daily production schedules.
Monitor production processes and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
Coordinate with warehouse, QA/QC, and dispatch teams for seamless operations.
Maintain accurate production logs and records.
Ensure proper utilization of raw materials and resources.
Identify and escalate any production delays or machinery issues.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and maintain housekeeping standards.

Requirements:

B.Sc./B.Tech/Diploma in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field preferred.
0 to 3 years of relevant work experience in a production or manufacturing setup.
Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, especially in the chemical/fragrance domain.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and team coordination abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of ERP systems is a plus.
